The Workers Compensation Lawyer Coalition has launched a new initiative to help injured workers access legal support. This program aims to close the gap between workers and the benefits they deserve after an on-the-job injury.

At the same time, the challenges facing workers don’t end with the legal process. PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers) and insurers often add unnecessary barriers that delay care and strip away fair reimbursement for providers.
