RescueMeds Fights For Injured Works and Against Big Insurance.

On March 26, 2025 in Annapolis, Maryland, RescueMeds Owner, Colleen Shields, fought Big Insurance companies who delay and deny medication to individuals who desperately need their medication.  More importantly she fought for all the Maryland workers comp patients.  Colleen testified to Maryland’s ECM Committee in regards to Senate Bill 306.

In 2022 48.6% of workers compensation claims in Maryland were denied to Patients.  In 2023 47.5% of workers compensation claims in Maryland were denied to Patients.  See page 15 of Maryland’s Worker Compensation Commission’s Annual Report.

We here at RescueMeds fight everyday for our Patients.  Don’t let Big Insurance companies take away your choices in order to have a monopoly.
